Happy Birthday Marielle! Ironically I just read this quote by Joseph Smith, and it made me think of you: "The Lord takes many away, even in infancy, that they may escape the envy of man, and the sorrows and evils of this present world; they were too pure, too lovely, to live on earth." How beautiful! I can't wait to meet her someday!
Your testimony is inspiring. I cannot fathom the pain of losing a child, but the fact that you will be with her again is so comforting. You and your family are amazing! And she is absolutely beautiful!
She must have had such a special Spirit to not have to live in this world - to only have to receive her body and then go back to Heaven. My heart aches thinking about how hard it must be but you and Ben must have special Spirits as well to be able to be the ones to do that for her.

Kim, I just read this today and I had to smile. Odd, I know, for something so sad, but what joy there is from having these precious spirits in our lives. This year is the 25th birthday of my older brother and the 12th birthday of my younger one, both of whom passed shortly after birth. Those days are still hard, but focusing on the joy of having them as part of our family makes their birthdays so peaceful. I know you'll always miss Marielle, just as we'll always miss Timmy and Andrew. But someday we'll all be together again, and what a fun party that will be!
