Already 3!

My little dollface had a birthday! Grace is my baby....hopefully not my last baby, but for now she is my baby and I treat her accordingly. Not on purpose, but I cannot help it. If I have said it once I've said it a hundred times, I want to freeze time and keep them little. I'm failing miserably with that one...my baby is already three, and I've been trying to freeze time since the day she was born! Here are just a few of the things I love about Grace
-Her adorable lisp, she replaces the s sound with th. One of her best words is prethentth (presents). Ben and I agree it will be a sad day when it disappears, unless of course it doesn't happen until she is 15.
-The way she crashes on the couch most days because we, her parents, give in to letting her nap there instead of her bed.
-How kind she is and has always been so good at sharing.
-When she yawns she looks exactly the way she did yawning as a baby.
-The way she completely lets loose to dance and sing no matter where we are.
-She always has a large supply of hugs.
-She is so happy and just delightful to be with.
-I love that she has always enjoyed going to nursery and playing at friends' houses, instead of crying she runs in excited never looking back!
-She is little miss independant, under no circumstances does she want help in the bathroom or putting on clothes or doing a million other things.
-The love she fills our home with.
-Her little body, and how I just want to squeeze it all the time.
-The way she says her prayers and the random things she says in them.
-When she is sad or upset with me she tells me she wants to go to nanie's house.
-One of her ideas of a perfect day is going to school to have lunch with her big brother and sister.
-Even though she knows where they are she still asks where Dallin and Hailey are when they are at school because she misses them and wants to talk about them.
-How she mothers her baby dolls.
-The way her smile lights up my world.
I pretty much love every little thing about this girl and
I feel like the luckiest mommy to have her!

Happy Birthday sweetheart! We love you SO much! You are our sunshine!

1 want to talk about it:

Happy Birthday Grace!
Let me know when you figure out how to keep your kids little - I need to figure that out too!
